A funny story I was having a problem with my abs service light coming on I took my car to a shop buy my work to have it fixed they couldn’t figure out what was going on but changed me every time still couldn’t figure it out so I phoned bill at extra tec automotive told bill what was going on he said bring it down let us look at it he phoned me back a hour later to come and get my car it was done and changed me a quarter of the price what had paid at the other shop I just what to say thanks to everyone at extrac auto if you need everything done talk to bill or Jonny or Doris very nice people do deal with bang up job

I used to think that it didn't matter where I got my oil changed, but since my valuable experience last week I realized that sometimes it's fortunate to be at a mechanic shop for an oil change. It turned out that something important needed to be replaced and they got the part in quickly and added that work on.

Finding a mechanic you can trust is so important. I've taken my vehicles to Extra-Tech for regular maintenance as well as repairs and I genuinely feel I can trust them to recommend work that needs to be done. They review inspection results with me and explain what needs to be done and what doesn't. Customer service is great from the time I make the first phone call to the time I leave with my vehicle problems fully addressed. I never feel I'm being upsold unnecessary services or additives, nor being charged unreasonable labour for minor work. I will continue to recommend this shop to friends and family.

My ac stopped blowing cold air, they diagnosed the system and refilled the coolant. They fixed my Audi in a timely manner, gave me a loaner and washed as well. Bill who I dealt with was very friendly and honest. Would highly recommend them

This is my second visit to Extra tech. Awesome service. They did a great job diagnosing the issues. They gave so much details on what is going on and the steps we should take for repairs. They give you a complete breakdown and pictures of issue's so you will have a clear understanding to the repairs needed. I had some strange electrical issue/no start, they showed me work done by others that was wrong that caused some of the issue. I love the clean shop and staff. I will be using Extra tech for all services from now on. Thanks Extra tech for your help and great service.

The head gasket failed in my work truck. Everyone worked hard to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Even though issues popped up they communicated with me and made me feel well taken care of. The costs were fair and I will definitely recommend them.

Very happy with my service with extra-tech. Gianni was very informative with the work completed on my car and what he recommended it needed going forward. Very professional service and they even went past our expectations by allowing us to use a spare car in the meantime and they cleaned our car for us when picking it up. Work was completed in a timely manner and very reasonably priced.

I purchased a used vehicle and ha dit inspected before purchasing here they did a thorough job and told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle and it's state. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and had them do everything that needed to be done to it which was numerous things. They did this efficiently and affordabley in a timely fashion. The car is excellent they did a great job and I will be using them for absolutely everything I need in the future. I definitely recommend extra tech auto

Clean shop, clean staff. Very friendly. They took time to chat about my vehicle. I needed an out of province inspection. While i was at home waiting i received text messages from shop. Messages included detailed pictures of issues that need attention. Now i can see whats going on rather than someone's word. Im extremely happy i found you guys and DEFINITELY WILL BE GOING BACK FOR SERVICE!!. Very honest shop and good work. Vehicle after service was very clean and washed. Outstanding. Thank you.

Such great service here. Extra-Tech is the only place I will now take my vehicle (2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT) for service. I have had nothing but professional and respectful service from these folks. They never try to push any kinds of repairs/ service that are not necessary and are always great to deal with when it comes to asking questions and seeking information on the ‘whys and hows’ of what’s being suggested as a service. Like I said, the best review I can leave is that I won’t take my Jeep SRT anywhere else.

Everyone at Extra Tech is so polite and helpful. They saw my car right away and contacted me via text and a phone call to let me know what work was needed. Then they got it done that day! I was sent an easy to follow file that went through what may need to be looked at in the future but they didn’t pressure me into getting it done then which I appreciated!
