I have been bringing my car to Extra-Tech for over 4 years now and the service they provide is unparalleled. Sterry and his team have always been extremely thorough in explaining what is happening with my car, what urgently needs work, what can wait, and what I should be keep an eye out for. They are honest, up front, and take the time to answer any and all questions I have had. They have recently implemented a touchless payment and car report system which is extremely slick and easy to use. They take pictures/videos of all the areas of you vehicle that need work and include them in the report outlining what needs to be done. Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority of theirs and they have been doing a tremendous job ever since I started bringing my car to them. Sterry remembers exactly who you are and is incredibly kind, taking the time to chat with you about not only your car but also life in general. I would recommend this automotive shop to anyone!
